I never imagined I would have the 'titles' listed above, yet here we are.  It's been an incredible journey, this life of mine, where every day is a celebrated school day!

I am driven by the desire to help others validate, trust and know themselves; and I  enjoy understanding the science of happiness  and resiliency. I share tools to help youth, individuals and teams better understand how to acclimate to change and build strong relationships. I am  certified HeartMath trainer and hold multiple motivational and facilitation certificates in addition to my Human Sciences degree.

I live in Colorado near the beautiful Rocky Mountains and enjoy quiet time with my family, cuddling with the dogs and telling hilarious #momjokes.
